Refund & Returns Policy
Return eligibility depends on product condition, delivery date, and item type. Physical products should be unused, complete, and returned in original packaging where possible. Books should be returned in resalable condition unless damaged in transit.
How to Request a Return
Email jabboud@comcast.net with your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos when applicable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after review.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, damaged by misuse, missing parts, personalized, final-sale, or downloaded/digital items may not be eligible unless required by law.
